Developed by Barry Swenson, this project utilizes our Builder Forward Commitment program to support the sale of remaining units with flexible, post-construction financing. Winterfield Place
Located in Charlotte, NC, this 31-unit townhome project is being sold in phases over the next several years. To reduce carry costs and improve long-term cash flow, the builder utilized our DSCR rental loan program to refinance out of high-cost construction debt. With 30-year fixed financing and a flexible 10-year interest-only period, the homes were rented immediately - generating positive cash flow from day one. This strategy allows the builder to focus on their business today, while planning for future sales when market conditions align.
