Eric Rotner is a seasoned mortgage professional with 25 years of experience, including seven in new construction financing across Silicon Valley, Napa, and Sonoma. He holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from UC Davis.

Eric has led branches, built sales teams, and streamlined operations in both retail and wholesale lending. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on expertise, he’s a trusted leader committed to growth, excellence, and client-centered service.

Clayton Silva

Branch Manager, Loan Officer

Clayton Silva is a mortgage professional with a background in finance, real estate investing, and military service. His own experience as an investor sparked a passion for helping others navigate the lending process with clarity and confidence.

He holds a bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master’s in Finance from Claremont Graduate University. Clayton blends personal insight with professional expertise to deliver honest, transparent guidance to his clients.

Peter Gaeckle

Senior Loan Officer

Peter brings over 24 years of residential lending experience and a strong client-first mindset. He began his career as a Commercial Loan Officer, where he developed deep expertise in tax return analysis and cash flow evaluation - skills that continue to inform his work today.

Known for his clear communication and practical approach, Peter has also led lending operations, built broker platforms, and managed net branches in Santa Cruz County. His broad background makes him a trusted resource for both clients and industry partners alike.
